Qualifying participants in the Energy-Efficient Appliances and Improvements program may receive rebates and incentives for a variety of energy-efficient appliances. Whether you're looking to make a purchase or seeking reimbursement for a recent purchase, we're ready to help improve your home—while keeping costs low.

Based on your income and household size, you may be eligible to save up to:

  • $8,000 for an ENERGY STAR®-certified electric heat pump for space heating and cooling
  • $4,000 for an electrical panel
  • $2,500 for electrical wiring
  • $1,750 for an ENERGY STAR®-certified electric heat pump water heater
  • $1,600 for insulation, air sealing, and mechanical ventilation products
  • $840 for an ENERGY STAR®-certified electric heat pump clothes dryer and/or an electric stove, cooktop, range, or oven

*Each household is eligible to receive up to $14,000 in rebates.

An electric heat pump dryer dries clothes without an exhaust vent to the outside. Instead of blowing hot air over the clothes and sending it out through a duct, it recycles the air inside. According to ENERGY STAR®, heat pump dryers are 28% more efficient than their conventional counterparts. If switching from propane or natural gas, you may be eligible to receive rebates for the cost of an electric heat pump dryer.

cooktop-orangeElectric Stove, Cooktop, Range, or Oven

Electric cooking appliances are a safer, more environmentally friendly alternative to propane or gas alternatives. They provide more precise temperature control, even heating, and easy cleaning. If switching from propane or natural gas, you may be eligible to receive rebates for the cost of an ENERGY STAR-certified electric stove, cooktop, range, or oven.

Insulation and air-sealing measures prevent cold or warm air from the outdoors to penetrate your home or building. Air sealing can improve your home's overall air quality, reduce humidity, increase comfort, reduce the energy used by heating and cooling equipment, and decrease energy bills. You may be eligible for rebates which include insulation, weatherstripping, caulking, and new ENERGY STAR®-certified windows and doors.

Discover your eligibility to receive rebates for the cost of a new higher-amperage electric service panel and necessary wiring upgrades. Note: This rebate must be paired with a new electric heating/cooling system or water heater.
